Responders In Action

When you use your skills as an Emergency Responder to care for an injured or ill person, we’d like to
hear about it. The Responders in Action program recognizes Emergency First Response course participants who have rendered aid to another person. The incident need not be dramatic, involve
a life-threatening condition or necessarily have a favorable outcome.

Sharing your story motivates and encourages others to use their skills and provide assistance in emergency situations. This information is also useful to monitor and gauge the effectiveness of Emergency First Response training and assist in future program development.

To submit your report, complete the Responders in Action Report Form online. To send us your report by mail or fax, you may also download and print the form using the link below. Please describe the incident, including the nature of the injury or illness, the skills used to render aid, and if possible, information on the outcome. When submitting a report form to recognize another person for using their skills, please be sure to include your name and contact information on the back of the form.

In future, Responder’s stories will be published here on emergencyfirstresponse.com. Please mark the box at the bottom of the report form if you wish to grant Emergency First Response Corp. permission to reprint the information of your incident for the benefit of other Responders. Information that may identify the patient will be omitted but your name as an Emergency Responder may be used.
