When logging in, have your Emergency First Response
Instructor card handy. Use the information fro this card to set up your
account.
If the problem persists, contact your
Emergency First Response Office for further help.

Member with current Emergency First Response professional credentials and
cannot log in.

Do not login from the interface located at
http://www.emergencyfirstresponse.com/pros.
Instead, log into the PADI
Pros area and click on the Emergency First Response link in the menu.

| I've lost my username and
password. |
Use the lookup page to
retrieve this information. Note: this information will be emailed the address
you have on file at your Emergency First Response Office.
If your email information is incorrect, contact your
Emergency First Response Office to change it.

| I recieve an
error message that my credentials are not current.

Contact the nearest
Emergency First Response Office to find out what you need to regain
your Instructor credentials. |
